Sold production of chocolate spreads in Bulgaria increases in 2017

Compared to the previous year spreads sold production rose by 6.15 percent, according to numbers announced by European Commission. The variable increased by 377 398 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 4.89 percent. Bulgaria saw a rise of 254.92% in spreads sold production during the last 15 years. Besides, it has had an increase at a 0.13 percent compound average annual growth rate over the last five years with a slight overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 4 695 252.87 kilogram from 2003 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 7 619 000 kilogram in 2006 and record low of 1 834 000 kilogram in 2003.
