Import of frozen, dried, salted or in brine mussels to Poland increases in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office announced that the variable greatly rose by 60.84 percent compared to the prior year. Mussels import grew strongly from 70 675 kilogram in 2015 to 113 677 kilogram previous year, in comparison with the prior year when it went down by 11.7%. Poland saw a rise of 197.17% in mussels import over the past 19 years. As well as it has shown the compound average annual growth rate of 0.02% over the five years with a negligible overall growth since the 1998. It averaged 58 602.58 kilogram from 1998 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 118 839 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 30 223 kilogram in 2004.
