Import of fishing rods to Lithuania declines in 2017

Sporting goods import went down by 13.98 percent in comparison with the previous year, according to numbers announced by United Nations Statistical Office. The variable diminished from 38 578 kilogram to 33 185.37 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it decreased by 4.57 percent. Lithuania saw a fall of 85.46% in sporting goods import over the past 21 years. Likewise, it has attained a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.04% over the five years with a negligible overall decrease since the start of time series. It averaged 74 455.83 kilogram from 1997 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 228 240 kilogram in 1997 and record low of 19 598 kilogram in 2002.
