Motor vehicles retail sales in Japan goes up in 2017

Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry published that motor vehicles retail sales climbed hardly by 2.56 percent compared with the prior year. Motor vehicles retail sales barely went up by 443 billion Japanese Yen, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it increased by 3.28 percent. The overall changes for the prior 38 years reached a rise of 120.49%. Moreover, it has shown a 0.01 percent CAGR over the last 5 years with a modest overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 14 942.05 billion Japanese Yen from 1980 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 19 220 billion Japanese Yen in 1996 and record low of 8 037 billion Japanese Yen in 1980.
