Export of worked vegetable and mineral carving material from Montenegro declines in 2016

Consumer goods export fell sharply by 31.25 percent in 2016, adjusted statistics from United Nations Statistical Office display. Consumer goods export strongly dropped from 32 kilogram in 2015 to 22 kilogram previous year, in comparison with the prior year when it increased by 540 percent. The overall changes for the previous 8 years hit a decrease of 91.63%. Moreover, it has attained a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.46% during the last 5 years with a slight overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 133.63 kilogram from 2009 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 475 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 5 kilogram in 2014.
