Export of parts of machinery for making pulp, paper or board from South Africa grows in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office announced that the variable grew by 19.22% in comparison with the previous year. The indicator rose from 113 562 kilogram to 135 383.56 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 38 percent. South Africa saw a growth of 450.7% in industrial equipment export over the past 18 years. Still it has shown a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.23 percent during the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 124 133.31 kilogram from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 492 210 kilogram in 2013 and record low of 24 584 kilogram in 2000.
