Export of multiple (folded) or cabled cotton yarn of uncombed fibres containing less than 85% by weight of cotton, measuring per single yarn 714-232 decitex from Mexico declines in 2017

United Nations Statistical Office published that cotton export hardly dropped by 1.8 percent in 2017. The variable went down slightly from 113 231 US Dollar to 111 197 US Dollar, contrarily to the prior year when it grew by 164.09 percent. Mexico saw an increase of 2.96% in cotton export during the last 26 years. Though, it has shown a decline at a 0.17 percent CAGR during the last 5 years with a negligible overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 742 677.88 US Dollar from 1992 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 4 729 357 US Dollar in 2008 and record low of 2 US Dollar in 1999.
