Import of unsweetened milk and cream powder to Mexico decreases in 2017

Compared to the prior year milk import declined strongly by 63.73%, new figures from United Nations Statistical Office pinpoint. It highlights the all-time low since 1990 as milk import greatly diminished by 7 344 507 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it rose by 60.54%. The overall changes for the prior 28 years hit a decline of 96.9%. Furthermore, it has had a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.17% over the last five years with a modest overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 34 667 198.5 kilogram from 1990 to 2017 and it reached its maximum of 134 722 784 kilogram in 1990.
