Export of prepared or preserved cherries from Botswana goes up in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office published that in 2016 the indicator grew strongly by 50 percent. Processed fruits export went up greatly from 14 kilogram in 2015 to 21 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it rose by 366.67%. Botswana saw a drop of 63.16% in processed fruits export over the past 17 years. Besides, it has had a 0.01 percent CAGR during the last 5 years with a modest overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 67.24 kilogram from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 643 kilogram in 2003 and record low of 2 kilogram in 2011.
