Export of nickel-cadmium electric accumulators from Montenegro drops in 2016

In comparison with the previous year battery export diminished by 8.9 percent, according to adjusted numbers announced by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator decreased from 1 479 722 kilogram to 1 348 086 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it fell by 11.64%. Montenegro saw a growth of 8.64% in battery export during the last 11 years. However, it has had a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.04 percent over the 5 years with a marginal overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 823 003.91 kilogram from 2006 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 1 674 566 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 1 kilogram in 2010.
