Import of fortified wine or must to Togo drops in 2016

The indicator declined by 13.85 percent in 2016, new figures from United Nations Statistical Office show. Wine import dropped by 292 262 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it decreased by 2.35 percent. Togo saw a growth of 98.76% in wine import during the last 23 years. Still it has had a decrease at a 0.05% average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a marginal overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 1 451 425.52 US Dollar from 1994 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 2 412 816 US Dollar in 2011 and record low of 333 465 US Dollar in 2001.
