Export of maize starch from Ecuador declines in 2017

According to numbers announced by United Nations Statistical Office, maize starch export decreased greatly by 73.47 percent in comparison to the prior year. The variable strongly went down by 4 220.95 US Dollar, in contrast to the previous year when it grew by 144.36 percent. Ecuador saw a raise of 4 382.5% in maize starch export over the past 26 years. However, it has attained a negative CAGR of 0.25% over the last 5 years with a negligible overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 67 887 US Dollar from 1992 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 651 093 US Dollar in 2003 and record low of 34 US Dollar in 1997.
