Export of coal except anthracite or bituminous from Slovakia falls in 2016

Coal export greatly went down by 42.89 percent compared with the previous year, new data from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. The variable diminished sharply by 7 025 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 79.69 percent. Slovakia saw a drop of 96.1% in coal export over the past 23 years. Besides, it has attained a diminution at a 0.2% compound annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 2 275 121.83 US Dollar from 1994 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 26 309 304 US Dollar in 2008 and record low of 2 US Dollar in 1998.
