Import of live horses except pure-bred breeding to Italy: Decline in 2017
Horses import fell by 11.68% in 2017, updated numbers from United Nations Statistical Office indicate. The indicator diminished by 3 955, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 2.76 percent. It shows the all-time minimum since 2000. Italy saw a fall of 79.26% in horses import during the last 18 years. Furthermore, it has shown a drop at a 0.02% compound annual growth rate during the five years with a marginal overall diminution since the start of observations. It averaged 72 833.33 from 2000 to 2017 and it attained its maximum of 184 010 in 2001.
