Secondary refined lead production in Sweden: Decline in 2014

According to data released by U.S. Geological Survey, the variable fell barely by 2.22% compared to the prior year. The indicator hardly decreased from 45 000 metric ton in 2013 to 44 000 metric ton previous year, contrarily to the prior year when it went up by 2.27%. Sweden saw a diminution of 15.38% in lead production over the past 17 years. Besides, it has shown a growth at a 0.02% compound annual growth rate during the last five years with a modest overall drop since the start of time series. It averaged 44 347.71 metric ton from 1998 to 2014 and it reached its all-time high of 52 000 metric ton in 2004 and record low of 37 000 metric ton in 2002.
