Export of yarn of artificial staple fibres packaged for retail sale from Croatia declines in 2016

According to figures published by European Commission, yarn export sharply fell by 96.64% in comparison with the year before. The variable dropped greatly by 3 160 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it diminished by 49.46%. Croatia saw a drop of 21.43% in yarn export during the last 9 years. Moreover, it has shown the CAGR of 0.08 percent during the last 5 years with a modest overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 1 132.22 Euro from 2008 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 6 470 Euro in 2014 and record low of 80 Euro in 2013.
