Kt telecom company satellite subscribers in South Korea declines in November 2017

Korean Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning reported that in comparison to the month before internet subscribers sharply dropped by 100 percent. The indicator decreased strongly from 12 to 0, as it follows the tendency of the previous month when it diminished by 20%. It's new all-time low since 2013. The year before, this shift hit -0.54 percent and the internet subscribers attained 185 the same month one year earlier. To sum up, the variable was -100% smaller in October 2016 than in the same month one year later. The overall changes for the prior 4 years reached a decrease of 100%. Compared to its average, the internet subscribers is now smaller as the mean equals 261.76 with a modest overall diminution since the start of time series. It hit its maximum of 401 in September 2013.
