Refined oil products export in Iraq: Drop in June 2018

According to adjusted statistics published by JODI Data, in comparison with the prior month the indicator went down slightly by 1.29%. Refined oil products export decreased negligibly from 1 550 thousand barrels to 1 530 thousand barrels, versus the previous month when it grew by 3.33%. The same month the year before, the variable dropped by -38.52% and reached 1 620 thousand barrels. This indicates a -5.56 percent variation between June 2017 and June 2018. Iraq saw an increase of 82.8% in refined oil products export over the past 11 years. In comparison to its average, the refined oil products export is now greater as the mean equals 828.41 thousand barrels with a moderate overall fall since the start of time series. It hit its all-time high of 3 937 thousand barrels in October 2017 and record low of 30 thousand barrels in June 2011.
