Chromium consumption in Brazil: Fall in 2015

U.S. Geological Survey reported that the variable decreased by 21.4 percent compared with the same time an year ago. Chromium consumption dropped from 229 thousand tonnes in 2014 to 180 thousand tonnes previous year, in contrast to the prior year when it grew by 51.66%. The overall changes for the previous 13 years attained a growth of 44%. As well as it has attained the average annual growth rate of 0.03% during the five years with a sharp overall rise since the 2003. It averaged 167.82 thousand tonnes from 2003 to 2015 and it reached its all-time high of 229 thousand tonnes in 2014 and record low of 98 thousand tonnes in 2009.
