Export of semi-chemical pulps of other fibrous material from Germany falls in 2017

Compared to the prior year the variable decreased strongly by 99.94%, updated figures from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. Wood pulp export sharply declined from 57 418 132 US Dollar to 32 607.01 US Dollar, contrarily to the previous year when it went up by 8.27 percent. Germany saw a rise of 35.86% in wood pulp export during the last 27 years. However, it has had a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.79 percent over the five years with a marginal overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 30 552 447.07 US Dollar from 1991 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 87 220 312 US Dollar in 2012 and record low of 24 000 US Dollar in 1991.
