Import of mineral or chemical fertilisers containing the two fertilising elements phosphorus and potassium to Slovakia goes up in 2017

European Commission published that in 2017 fertilizer import greatly climbed by 198.23%. The variable rose strongly by 582 670 Euro, in contrast to the previous year when it decreased by 75.19 percent. The overall changes for the prior 19 years hit a growth of 12 143.02%. Likewise, it has shown the average annual growth rate of 0.41 percent over the last five years with a slight overall rise since the 1999. It averaged 366 320.53 Euro from 1999 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 1 184 580 Euro in 2015 and record low of 7 160 Euro in 1999.
