Export of fresh or chilled fish fillet or meat from Slovenia: Decline in 2016

In comparison with the prior year fish export greatly went down by 89.48 percent, refreshed figures from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. The indicator diminished sharply from 55 074 kilogram to 5 795 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it dropped by 12.58%. The overall changes for the prior 19 years reached an increase of 5 874.23%. Still it has had a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.03 percent over the last 5 years with a negligible overall growth since the start of observations. It averaged 8 568.47 kilogram from 1998 to 2016 and it hit its all-time high of 62 996 kilogram in 2014 and record low of 94 kilogram in 2002.
