Export of unagglomerated iron ore and concentrate from Norway goes up in 2017

Compared with the previous year the indicator climbed strongly by 35.31 percent, according to data released by United Nations Statistical Office. Iron export sharply went up by 22 295 444 US Dollar, in contrast to the prior year when it declined by 64.41%. Norway saw a rise of 153% in iron export over the past 25 years. Though, it has attained a diminution at a 0.23% compound annual growth rate over the five years with a modest overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 79 835 912.8 US Dollar from 1993 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 352 497 792 US Dollar in 2012 and record low of 411 460 US Dollar in 2000.
