Import of live pure-bred breeding horses to Madagascar falls in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office published that in 2016 horses import hardly diminished by 2.71%. The variable slightly declined from 24 371 US Dollar to 23 711 US Dollar, in comparison with the previous year when it increased by 5.03 percent. Madagascar saw a growth of 4 323.69% in horses import over the past 27 years. However, it has had a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.16 percent during the five years with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 7 621.07 US Dollar from 1990 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 48 638 US Dollar in 2013 and record low of 39 US Dollar in 2007.
