Fuel oil consumption in mining and washing of coal in China: Decrease in 2015

In 2015 fuel oil consumption fell by 8.51%, according to refreshed figures published by China National Statistical Office. The variable diminished by 0.04 ten thousand metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it decreased by 33.8 percent. It's the lowest record ever diagnosed since 2000. China saw a fall of 92.55% in fuel oil consumption over the past 16 years. As well as it has attained a negative average annual growth rate of 0.17 percent during the five years with a overall diminution since the 2000. It averaged 2.77 ten thousand metric ton from 2000 to 2015 and it hit its maximum of 6.44 ten thousand metric ton in 2008.
