Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Spain: Fall in 2017

Compared with the previous year yarn import negligibly fell by 4.94%, according to refreshed numbers released by European Commission. Yarn import decreased hardly by 937 060 Euro, in comparison with the previous year when it increased by 15.8 percent. Spain saw an increase of 69.7% in yarn import over the past 23 years. Still it has had a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.01% during the last 5 years with a slight overall drop since the 1995. It averaged 16 822 133.04 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 32 818 820 Euro in 2004 and record low of 10 631 580 Euro in 1995.
