Import of sets of hand tools put up in sets for retail sale to Guyana falls in 2016

According to new data announced by United Nations Statistical Office, in comparison to the prior year the indicator strongly decreased by 40.93%. Construction equipment import sharply dropped by 171 985 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it declined by 35.33 percent. Guyana saw an increase of 175.45% in construction equipment import over the past 26 years. Though, it has attained a decline at a 0.16% average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 219 877.08 US Dollar from 1991 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 649 829 US Dollar in 2014 and record low of 51 131 US Dollar in 2003.
