Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres packaged for retail sale to Greece goes up in 2016

In 2016 yarn import went up sharply by 42.41 percent, according to adjusted statistics announced by European Commission. It's new all-time high since 2008 as yarn import strongly rose from 150 560 Euro to 214 410 Euro, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it increased by 119.48 percent. The overall changes for the prior 9 years hit a growth of 177.41%. Besides, it has shown a 0.01 percent average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of observations. It averaged 110 957.78 Euro from 2008 to 2016 and it attained its minimum of 20 980 Euro in 2010.
