Export of sets of different knives, cutlery sets from Namibia: Drop in 2016

According to revised numbers published by United Nations Statistical Office, compared with the previous year consumer goods export sharply declined by 97.45 percent. The indicator decreased strongly from 1 688 US Dollar to 43 US Dollar, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it dropped by 67.11%. It's the lowest record in its history since 2000. The overall changes for the previous 17 years hit a decline of 98.6%. Furthermore, it has had a negative compound average annual growth rate of 0.6 percent during the last 5 years with a slight overall fall since the start of observations. It averaged 12 056.94 US Dollar from 2000 to 2016 and it reached its maximum of 44 332 US Dollar in 2011.
