Import of insulin in dosage forms to Togo declines in 2016

In comparison with the previous year pharmaceutical import diminished greatly by 74.23%, according to new data released by United Nations Statistical Office. The indicator strongly dropped from 1 265 kilogram in 2015 to 326 kilogram prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it fell by 19.17 percent. Togo saw a raise of 6 420% in pharmaceutical import over the past 21 years. Moreover, it has had a growth at a 0.44% average annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a modest overall rise since the start of time series. It averaged 472.52 kilogram from 1996 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 3 760 kilogram in 2009 and record low of 5 kilogram in 1996.
