Jet fuel demand in Hungary declines in June 2018

According to new figures released by JODI Data, jet fuel demand went down by 8 percent compared with the previous month. The indicator dropped by 15.76 thousand barrels, versus the prior month when it increased by 19.05%. When considering the previous year, it can be observed that the variable was rising by 17.65% and attained 157.6 thousand barrels in June. When taking into account the year-on-year setting, a 15 percent rise can be noted between June 2017 and the same month one year later. Hungary saw a growth of 27.78% in jet fuel demand during the last 9 years. In comparison to its average, the jet fuel demand is now bigger as the mean equals 132.44 thousand barrels with a overall decline since the start of observations. It reached its all-time high of 197 thousand barrels in May 2018 and record low of 78.8 thousand barrels in December 2016.
