New vehicles registrations in Canada increases in 2017

According to revised statistics issued by OICA, in comparison with the previous year the indicator negligibly increased by 4.7%. Vehicle registration rose hardly by 93 255, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it climbed by 2.28 percent. It hit its 13-year maximum. Canada saw a raise of 27.41% in vehicle registration during the last 13 years. Besides, it has had a rise at a 0.03 percent average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a slight overall growth since the 2005. It averaged 1 748 708.31 from 2005 to 2017 and it reached its minimum of 1 482 232 in 2009.
