Import of roasted and not decaffeinated coffee to Antigua and Barbuda declines in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office announced that the variable dropped by 24.77% compared with the prior year. Coffee import fell from 10 962 kilogram to 8 247 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it went down by 2.9%. Antigua and Barbuda saw a rise of 3.19% in coffee import over the past 18 years. Though, it has attained a decline at a 0.13% compound average annual growth rate during the 5 years with a modest overall increase since the start of observations. It averaged 10 030.44 kilogram from 1999 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 29 365 kilogram in 2009 and record low of 6 072 kilogram in 2000.
