Import of yarn of synthetic staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Austria declines in 2017

Compared to the previous year yarn import dropped negligibly by 3.24%, according to adjusted statistics published by European Commission. The indicator hardly decreased from 27 894 420 Euro to 26 991 350 Euro, versus the prior year when it climbed by 32.16%. The overall changes for the previous 23 years attained a growth of 91.48%. Furthermore, it has had the average annual growth rate of 0.06% over the five years with a slight overall rise since the 1995. It averaged 16 775 965.22 Euro from 1995 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 27 894 420 Euro in 2016 and record low of 12 426 180 Euro in 1996.
