Export of wood marquetry and inlaid wood, caskets and cases for jewellery or cutlery from Malta: Diminution in 2016

The variable dropped greatly by 84.96% in comparison with the year before, according to data published by European Commission. The indicator strongly went down from 43 690 Euro to 6 570 Euro, in contrast to the prior year when it increased by 928 percent. Malta saw a decline of 60.71% in home goods export during the last 14 years. As well as it has shown a negative average annual growth rate of 0.29 percent during the last five years with a modest overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 10 803.57 Euro from 2003 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 43 690 Euro in 2015 and record low of 100 Euro in 2005.
