Re-export of ferro-silicon containing by weight more than 55% of silicon from United States: Increase in 2017

Ferroalloy export went up sharply by 182.08 percent in 2017, updated statistics from United Nations Statistical Office display. The indicator greatly rose by 2 720 146 kilogram, in comparison to the prior year when it diminished by 31.46%. United States saw a growth of 2 052.1% in ferroalloy export during the last 27 years. Likewise, it has shown the CAGR of 0.07% over the five years with a slight overall increase since the 1991. It averaged 3 120 800.22 kilogram from 1991 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 9 354 457 kilogram in 2012 and record low of 195 811 kilogram in 1991.
