Export of frozen shrimps and prawns from New Zealand decreases in 2017

Frozen shrimps export went down barely by 4.13 percent in 2017, new figures from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. The indicator negligibly diminished by 27 880 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 5.4%. New Zealand saw an increase of 822.09% in frozen shrimps export over the past 29 years. Still it has had a drop at a 0.01 percent CAGR during the last 5 years with a marginal overall raise since the start of time series. It averaged 646 723.66 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 1 027 698 kilogram in 2000 and record low of 70 188 kilogram in 1989.
