Export of papayas from Guyana: Rise in 2016

United Nations Statistical Office announced that export of papayas greatly grew by 109.54 percent compared with the previous year. Export of papayas rose strongly by 61 440 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it fell by 61.21 percent. The overall changes for the previous 18 years hit a raise of 876.65%. Furthermore, it has shown a rise at a 0.09% average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a slight overall increase since the start of time series. It averaged 77 992.33 kilogram from 1999 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 205 067 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 5 150 kilogram in 2000.
