Import of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale to Lithuania: Drop in 2017

Compared with 2016 yarn import dropped by 10.32 percent, refreshed statistics from European Commission indicate. The variable went down by 33 800 kilogram, in contrast to the prior year when it grew by 6.09%. Lithuania saw an increase of 76.61% in yarn import during the last 15 years. Though, it has attained a fall at a 0.13 percent CAGR during the last 5 years with a negligible overall rise since the start of observations. It averaged 366 800 kilogram from 2003 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 587 400 kilogram in 2013 and record low of 166 300 kilogram in 2003.
