Export of yarn of artificial staple fibres not packaged for retail sale from Lithuania: Growth in 2017

In 2017 yarn export rose sharply by 171.93 percent, according to figures issued by European Commission. Yarn export greatly went up by 19 600 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it grew by 35.71 percent. The overall changes for the previous 15 years attained a raise of 11.51%. Likewise, it has shown an increase at a 0.05 percent average annual growth rate during the last 5 years with a modest overall decrease since the start of observations. It averaged 25 746.67 kilogram from 2003 to 2017 and it hit its all-time high of 75 200 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 4 000 kilogram in 2005.
