Fuel oil consumption in printing, reproduction of recording media in China: Diminution in 2015

According to refreshed statistics presented by China National Statistical Office, in 2015 fuel oil consumption went down by 28%. The variable dropped from 0.5 ten thousand metric ton to 0.36 ten thousand metric ton, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it declined by 36.71%. It's the lowest value on record since 2000. China saw a drop of 84.35% in fuel oil consumption over the past 16 years. Furthermore, it has shown a decrease at a 0.25% average annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a overall fall since the start of time series. It averaged 1.48 ten thousand metric ton from 2000 to 2015 and it hit its maximum of 2.39 ten thousand metric ton in 2001.
