Import of natural rubber in smoked sheets to Malaysia rises in 2017

In 2017 the indicator rose by 25.43 percent, according to statistics announced by United Nations Statistical Office. Natural rubber import grew by 11 528 452 kilogram, in contrast to the previous year when it diminished by 10.51 percent. The overall changes for the prior 29 years reached a raise of 28.06%. Still it has had a diminution at a 0.08% compound annual growth rate over the last 5 years with a marginal overall rise since the 1989. It averaged 43 777 618.93 kilogram from 1989 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 85 778 416 kilogram in 2013 and record low of 27 291 kilogram in 2003.
