New vehicles registrations in Latvia: Raise in 2017

Vehicle registration rose negligibly by 1.8 percent compared with the previous year, updated statistics from OICA display. The variable grew barely from 20 345 in 2016 to 20 712 prior year, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 14.53%. Latvia saw a rise of 28.37% in vehicle registration over the past 13 years. As well as it has shown a 0.07% average annual growth rate over the 5 years with a modest overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 18 394.54 from 2005 to 2017 and it reached its all-time high of 31 090 in 2007 and record low of 8 918 in 2009.
