Sold production of fresh or chilled carcases and half-carcases of pig meat in Croatia is unchanged in 2017

European Commission reported that compared with the previous year the indicator held steady. For the 2nd consecutive year, the variable was 34 192 000 kilogram. Croatia saw a rise of 88.39% in pig meat sold production over the past 17 years. Though, it has attained a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.02% during the 5 years with a negligible overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 30 512 117.65 kilogram from 2001 to 2017 and it attained its all-time high of 39 399 000 kilogram in 2010 and record low of 17 977 000 kilogram in 2004.
