Import of n-butyl alcohol to Latvia: Increase in 2016

The indicator rose by 26.8% in comparison to the prior year, refreshed statistics from United Nations Statistical Office reveal. The variable increased by 25 697 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 16.72 percent. Latvia saw an increase of 118.27% in petrochemical intermediates import during the last 23 years. Though, it has attained a negative compound annual growth rate of 0.21 percent during the last 5 years with a negligible overall diminution since the start of time series. It averaged 442 019.87 kilogram from 1994 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 1 227 219 kilogram in 1998 and record low of 55 710 kilogram in 1994.
