Bromine production in Japan: Stagnancy in 2017

U.S. Geological Survey published that compared with the previous year the indicator remained the same. For the 6th consecutive year, the variable was 20 000 metric ton. Japan saw a fall of 0% in bromine production during the last 13 years. Furthermore, the bromine production is now below average of 20 769.23 metric ton and the indicator reveals a modest overall decrease since the start of observations. It attained its maximum of 25 000 metric ton in 2011.
