Export of button moulds and other parts of buttons, button blanks from Philippines: Drop in 2016

According to statistics released by United Nations Statistical Office, in 2016 consumer goods export greatly went down by 78.44%. The variable fell strongly by 673 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it decreased by 62.14 percent. It illustrates the all-time low since 1996. Philippines saw a fall of 99.72% in consumer goods export over the past 21 years. Besides, it has shown a decline at a 0.56 percent compound annual growth rate during the last five years with a marginal overall drop since the start of observations. It averaged 18 946.43 kilogram from 1996 to 2016 and it hit its maximum of 65 034 kilogram in 1996.
