In comparison with the prior year flax yarn import hardly grew by 2.77 percent, refreshed data from European Commission indicate. The indicator climbed barely from 948 400 kilogram in 2016 to 974 700 kilogram previous year, as it follows the tendency of the prior year when it went up by 0.24 percent. Spain saw a diminution of 55.83% in flax yarn import over the past 15 years. Compared to its average, the flax yarn import is now smaller as the mean equals 1 229 166.67 kilogram and the variable pinpoints a slight overall fall since the start of time series. It reached its all-time high of 2 206 600 kilogram in 2003 and record low of 731 800 kilogram in 2009.
