Export of fruits, nuts, fruit-peel preserved by sugar from Viet Nam climbs in 2016

Compared to the prior year the indicator increased greatly by 65.31%, new figures from United Nations Statistical Office pinpoint. The variable sharply rose by 110 190.81 kilogram, as it follows the tendency of the previous year when it climbed by 13.77%. Viet Nam saw an increase of 19 821.56% in processed fruits export over the past 16 years. Though, it has shown a decline at a 0.02 percent compound annual growth rate over the five years with a marginal overall raise since the 2001. It averaged 150 068.86 kilogram from 2001 to 2016 and it attained its all-time high of 764 993 kilogram in 2003 and record low of 1 400 kilogram in 2001.
