Export of chewing gum containing sugar from Thailand decreases in 2016

According to numbers released by United Nations Statistical Office, the indicator fell hardly by 4.88 percent in comparison with the prior year. Chewing gum export negligibly declined by 525 779 US Dollar, compared to the previous year when it went up by 7.39%. The overall changes for the prior 28 years attained an increase of 241.66%. However, it has had a negative average annual growth rate of 0.3 percent over the last five years with a modest overall growth since the start of time series. It averaged 14 058 045.21 US Dollar from 1989 to 2016 and it reached its all-time high of 60 075 872 US Dollar in 2012 and record low of 1 252 553 US Dollar in 1990.
